A comprehensive evaluation focused on understanding your concerns, history, and goals for treatment.
This appointment includes:
In-depth psychiatric assessment
Review of medical, psychiatric, and medication history
Diagnostic evaluation (when appropriate)
Personalized treatment recommendations
Medication discussion, if clinically indicated
Follow-Up / Medication Management
$225
15–30 minutes
Ongoing visits to monitor progress, manage medications, address side effects, and adjust treatment as needed.
Extended Follow-Up Appointments
$275
30–45 minutes
For more complex situations, medication changes, or when additional time is needed to address multiple concerns.
Telepsychiatry Appointments
Same pricing as in-person visits
Secure telehealth appointments are available for eligible Florida residents and offer the same level of care as in-office visits.

There are no hidden fees. Any additional services (such as letters, form completion, or extended care coordination) are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Insurance Information
Balanced Mind Psychiatry, LLC does not bill insurance directly and is considered an out-of-network provider.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be subject to a fee (see our policies for details)
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or paying cash have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimateof expected charges for services.
